Interesting. Where did you see this info on ab sorbic acid interfering with copper bio availability? I've been mega dosing absorbic everyday for like a year. What a bummer!

So it's OK to take copper supplements (which kind) and zinc in a protocol for fixing copper availability. What if I do high zinc/high copper diet. My NB didn't recommend me copper supplements.
