I have forward head posture and was doing stretches to bring it back. I think i stretched to much because i was shadow boxing and did a upper cut movement and i felt a pinch in my neck. It didnt even move there was no swelling it is just sore and difficult to move around. What could it be? Hopefully not an injury because f*** scar tissue. Oh yea and when i try to do simple stretch i can feel that pinch. Am i tearing something? Very light stretch bare moving my neck
