No, we would not want to discourage anyone. :)

Prior to doing Sutter's version of the flush, I had done the kind with epsom salts, grapefruit juice, etc. etc. I discharged countless little red tubes, which we are told is the outer skin of liver flukes. You would simply not imagine how many there were!
