The reason for the statement is where cut-off circuits usually stop solutions short of processing CS to the point of color change. And so I added this as a precaution in the event that someone tried and was unable to achieve an amber colored solution with there units. A precaution that I'd add, was provided irregardless of the generator type or circuit.

As for the quality of the solution and equipment, I made no mention of such things in my comment whatsoever, as you appear to have come to this conclusion all on your own I'm afraid. - very odd
