Good that you replied. Sorry, if it wasn't clear enough, but I believe it did Not say that the time between fasts could be 1/2 of the fasting period. Instead it says it has to be equal or 1.5 times longer then fasting itself. Example: for 10 days Water Fast the time between fasts should be 10 to 15 days. Better no longer then 15 days (in this example) if you want cumulative effect.
