I keep trying to fast for 30 days but I usually end up doing only 2-3 days. So over the course of 2 months, I may have done like 10 short fasts (ranging from 1 day to 5 days).

I'm eating everything from wheat to dairy, which is something that I wasn't eating before. Sort of like a binge and then I fast again for a short period.
