Yes it is very easy to make your own. With the Silvergen SG6 I wipe off the electrodes, fill the jar with distilled water, and flip the switch. When the stir rod stops turning, the strength you set it for is made. Then it cuts its self off. Smart little machine.

Like you said, most things health wise is not difficult. Most I find to actually be fun.
