Hello hghbuzz,

I will try the vit C at 1000mg, why not...

The thing is, my hair was doing sooo much better these past 2 years, when I switched back to a higher variety of cooked foods from a raw vegan diet.

I over bleached my hair in 2010, losing it. Didn't cut it off, redyed it 8 months later, got extensions in to "hide the damage" causing MORE DAMAGE, water fasted that year, - got stuck in it - starving & binging - abusing it - losing MORE hair - burning sensation - it took me FIVE MONTHS to get out of that cycle. It took 1.5 years for my hair to finally stop falling out - I could see through the hair on the crown of my scalp - it never thickened & my diet never improved as I ate a high fruit raw diet for about 2- 3 years - which was low low low in a lot of things - so I got sick. My hair grew back... BUT NEVER THICKENED. & I can STILL see through the "forest" as I call it. I had THICK lustrous long locks that were healthy & I WAS healthy before coming to alternative health. I had some minor issue's that I am now very aware of, which is great. I've learned a TON about my own body, however - I've actually screwed myself over with alternative health extreme's. I've done so much damage.

Back - Scaring - Inflammation - Cellulite - Hair Loss - Low immunity - contracting viruses - unbalanced Hormonal health

I always healed quickly & NEVER got sick, my immunity has slowly increased with more minerals, fat, & protein in my diet.

I still STRONGLY believe in green/veg juice fasting but that is where it stops for me, & no fasting until my body gets back to normality.

I have faith that it is all diet induced & that I do not have underlying health issue's nor alopecia or hereditary. It is still worrisome. It was on the road to recovery, I could have sworn it was coming back this past Summer, & I went & messed around again.

I cannot find the balance in extreme's. I know you yourself have had tremendous results with dry fasting, but it is NOT for me.
