Hello, god, really wish I didn't have to post here, but as I am suffering from Adrenal Fatigue (blame self-gratification and stressful teenage years, of course copper too) what choice do I have?

19 years old, started showing signs of adrenal fatigue when I was like 11. Started to get really bad when I turned 15, especially when I started to spank the monkey. Cut gluten out of my diet in September last year and tried to cut back on self-gratification (this did actually make me feel better the first few times I was able to do it for around three weeks) and p 0 r n. But now I am crashing hard in recent months due to what I suspect is a mineral imbalance and advanced adrenal exhaustion. I also think my body induced healing reactions from abstaining from sexual stimulation, perhaps the minerals worked better? My brain fog, energy, vitality and all that got way better. Hell, even when I did cave in and spank the monkeyd it didn't go away entirely (this was before I really crashed hard in April). EDIT: Apparently this is a very common occurrence in adrenal fatigue, to feel better at first and then crash if the overall problem isn't fixed. Still believe I had a healing reaction regardless.

This stage only occurred a few months ago, and I did feel improvements earlier on just two months ago on a candida diet (my cognitive and mental symptoms faded briefly at times, so I may not need to do this as long as some other people?), this was before I think I became really deficient in minerals (I wasn't supplementing and drinking loads of water).

Let's cut to the chase, I started doing Nutritional Balancing just the other day with Will Houghton (he trained with Dr Wilson) from the UK. Got my Limcomin (feel free to suggest whether or not I should take it) and Cal/Mag supplements and awaiting the rest...I also got myself an enema bag.

This is probably the strangest thing I will ever had to do in my life, but I am willing to do it to recover from this shit. I will arrange it in a few questions, I only want proper answers since I am going to test out with a plain water enema tomorrow. If I can work up the courage.

1. I crashed hard when using Castor Oil to cleanse my bowels during the candida diet. I did mostly recover from the crash, but reading a few cases of people having this happen after a coffee enema really worries me. This crash didn't occur as badly when I did another Castor Oil cleanse. How can I prevent this from happening?

2. For my first enema, which will be with still spring water (lack a water distiller for the time being, Will Houghton said it's alright), I am planning on allowing only a small amount into my colon for around a 5 minutes to make sure it doesn't cause any complications. Is this recommended for a first time enema user?

3. Similar to 2. I ordered S.A. Wilsons coffee for the enema. Going to use one third of a tsp to test how my colon reacts. What signs should I look out for if something is wrong?

4. Seeing as I suspect my body is overloading with toxins, when the full coffee enema is performed in the near future, should I do a clean water enema afterwards to flush out residue toxins? Will Houghton recommended I do them back to back (with coffee).

5. A kinesiologist diagnosed me with Candida in September this year (it's when I started really getting into Alternative ways to restore my health), so I probably have some issues with the healthy bacteria in my gut. Will a coffee enema disrupt this?

6. This isn't so much enema related, when I eat food at night I notice that once it enters my intestines (this happens after around 5 hours, so my digestive speed is average), I can feel it bulge in my intestines. This goes down the next day but is this a cause for concern? It only causes a bloating sensation (sometimes) and don't really get significant pain aside from the occasional gas pain (it's very mild). This also went down quite a bit earlier on in the candida diet. I think taking Betaine HCL with pancreatic enzymes are helping.

Speaking of digestive speed. I can normally pass a stool around 18 hours after eating. My stool quality isn't the best

Those are all my questions, needless to say I am eager as hell and somewhat afraid to do an enema. Answers would be greatly appreciated!
