Good to hear that you are doing well. It seems you will do fine with this fast.

I agree that you may want to just do 7 day at most because after you brake your fast you want to eat raw fruits and vegetables to continue the detox. And slowly get ready for Christmas and family time. Although I must say if you want to change your lifestyle you will have to let go off the holiday foods which are heavy meats and Sugar foods for the most part.

I gave up that a long time ago. Now I eat only raw foods while my family is eating all cooked veggie meals (luckily they are all vegetarians) and processed foods. I do get some resistance from my family members but I have to walk this road alone, so be it. I am finding the same resistance at work too. Whenever it is a office lunch or dinner I have to select a place where I can eat and some people complain, but now after many years they have accepted my eating lifestyle.
