Can you repopulate your gut with repeated HPI and fecal transplant?

Will the bacteria eventually take hold if you keep doing them - or is it necessary to get a lot better (have better functioning organs, and all pathogens under Control) Before they can properly establish themselves in your gut?

Do you have to have cleansed your liver and kidneys properly first? And gotten your candida under Control Before it is even possible for the bacteria to properly live on and not be constantly canceled out?
