I just did a 2 liter coffee enema and added 3 droppers full (36 drops???) of 5% Lugols and i felt nothing ... hahahaha


OMG... its so weird to read of ppl not being able to sleep when taking Iodine in the evening and what not... and i just add 36 drops and feel nothing....

i m not sure if this is good or bad....
