I went through high school with good close friends the whole time, I was always an outgoing and funny person before I had the disease and that didn't go away while I had it untitl 3 years into the problem when it started affecting me mentally and I haven't recovered since. Working on fixing your diet and working out should be a priority for you now before the disease gets worse. I'm sure my situation isn't the same as anybody else's or perhaps nobodies but I'd hate for you to suffer the deep anxiety/mental health problems that is caused from the societal detachment this disease puts on you and the natural connection of the gut to brain health connection.
