I don't think that's quite how I experienced dieoff. About as close as it came was when I had my first extremely intense dieoff when my heart was racing and it felt like chemicals were running through my veins. That lasted for two or three days.

Also, lightheadedness and nausea off and on.

But I guess everyone is different and the toxins from the mold that you're experiencing are probably different.

In any case, it seems you're hitting on a protocol that's working. That's exciting.

Are you using any activated charcoal? That stuff is great for mopping up toxins in your gut.
