Thanks. I hope so! There was a problem though before going to sleep...I had an awful panic attack. I think I had a minor one the night before (it's strange how you can't remember sometimes because you're so groggy), but this was scary. My heart starting racing, it felt like I wasn't getting enough oxygen, I got nauseous, hot, and my body started tingling. I would really like to know why this happens, and why it mainly happens right before falling asleep. I'm convinced it's a strange part of the detox process because it hasn't happened in months.

Have you ever experienced this?
