Don't really understand your second question, as for the 80% i haven't picked my lips for a year now which obviously helps, but I only really started on this healing method late october, so 1 month and a bit, and i would say 60% of the improvement of my lips was done in that time, the arganine and glutamine supplements i only purchased last week, and they have made a MASSIVE difference.
