I prefer juice fasting not water fasting as Dr Schulze who cured 90% of his incurable patients advocates.

he says if well go vegan if sick go 100% raw vegan and if ill or dying soon do juice fasting and stay on it till well.

Dave the raw food trucker who cured his cancer and lots more did one I think 120 days long. I know he did 100 day ones.

I then plan to do regular juice fasting (including potassium broths) and the incurables program of Dr Schulze plus other supplements etc I am doing.

the longest I ever juice fasted was 2 60 day ones but hope to get to 100 days or more this time.

I have found juice fasting works as a reverse yoyo where I lose a lot of weight then gain 1/2 of it back putting my body at a lower setpoint theory weight.

I have read when one adds lot of green juices one does not have the problem of losing so much weight.

They can be greens with lemon or lime or ginger if no sugar wanted as with the yeast cleanse above or mixture of any fruit with any greens'

Some greens include kale, collard greens mustard greens, spinach, romaine, dare leafy lettuces, arugala (not romaine darker ones) leafy tops of carrots, beets, daikon, parsley root, etc, parsley, watercress, broccoli, broccoli-rab, celery, any Asian market green and wild greens like burdock or violet, daisy leaves, lamb's quarter, plantain (leafy not the banana), cleavers etc

to these add any fruit such as any citrus, berries,. apples. pears, dates, prunes, mango. papaya. pineapple, peaches, nectarines, etc

to kill cancer stem cells be sure to include any berries especially raspberries, grapes, broccoli and broccoli sprouts, pomegranates as these all kill cancer stem cells (also turmeric and green tea) one can take herb teas as well on a juice fast.

Hopefully adding a lot of green drinks (and green smoothies when not fasting will help...Victoria Boutenko said this helps one not have the lose a lot of weight then gain it back and forth so might try that.

Now we know resveratrol in grapes does a lot to kill cancer stem cells which are the only cancer cells which spread to different organs etc and metastasize. resveratrol is also found in cranberries but would not drink or eat too much o these as prolific author-r Jensen who lived to be 100 years old and was on of the teachers of Dr Schulze said cranberries are not good for one's health and one of the few berries birds would not even eat.
 
In my post on here a few pages back with cheap in the title, I list other foods that help kill cancer stem cells etc..I would include as many as can in the juice fasting.

If trying to fix another disease, get the book food your miracle medicine and look up what foods help that disease and put those in your juicing/juice fasting.

If you can find a look inside the book many have the index where you can get some idea of what foods help a particular disease without buying the book but it is only $4 shipping and all and well worth the price based on 10,000 medical studies. also tells what foods to avoid with each disease.
