Try taking some niacin and see if that makes the headache go away.
If so, and the parotid gland is swelling because of a salivary stone, then perhaps your body is not using calcium properly. Plaque could be involved. Do you take K2m7 and lie naked in the sunshine for 20 minutes every day? If not, there could be a complexity issue with calcium/thyroid/plaque.
