Hi,

I have been reading about vitamin D. I would be really interested in trying injections so wondering if anyone on here has had them or any experience of them?

I tested low for vit d a few months back but I have taken low supplements but don't think they have helped much.

I'm hoping boosting my vit d could help my ocd/depression/anxiety.

Also, do you recommend injections or tablets?
