Um 165 5'11.

Yes hands feet cold.

Maybe 3 or 4 times all together over the past 10 or so years where I have had to violently throw up. But I get those similar headaches, too many times to count, but as long as I catch it early, warm up, bundle up, take something it will lessen.

I live in Cali, so it's not super duper cold. I take public transportation, so sitting around outside on colder days waiting for buses, walking. I also have to sleep with my legs and arms covered or I wont sleep well, and could get a headache as a result. My temp is my apartment is always set higher, as I also feel cold in the morning waking even if it's 78 deg in my apartment, with a light jacket shirt pajamas to sleep in.

In warmer weather my skin can be shiny, and a bit oily. More dry in the winter.

I also always wake up with my parotid glands swollen. Right side more so. It lessens but never goes away. Is never painful in the least. Had my mercury fillings removed years ago, which I didn't have many to begin with. I was told once it could be chemical sensitivities causing it to swell as the gland is like a spunge. I took the nutrients etc. But still to this day it's always a bit swollen. Not as massive as some of the pics I see online at all, but still noticeable to me.
