Thanks for the posts! You guys have set my mind at ease a little. I'm just going to take it easy and see how it goes - if the tissue chunks continue, I will break the fast if not then I'll continue. I'm doing this unsupervised and this is the longest I've done - and from everything I've read online anything over 3-5 days should be supervised. Although I'm checking my vitals everyday, I've not conducted blood work or urine samples - which may be a necessity for my body. Hope it stops and I can continue though! I am feeling really amazing and can feel my body hearing like other people have stated!
