Yes, this is an alternative health site.
For myself, I use everything. Western medicine both modern and ancient, Asian medicine both current and traditional, and a host of other things, meaning I draw from a variety of sources for my own benefit.

I am not going to give direct advice. That is beyond what I should, could, or would do in this matter.

If a relative made that quoted statement I would say to that person that it might be time to seek professional modern medical help in the diagnostic field, as in scans.
Hopefully such would eliminate some things as possibles.
If something should be revealed that is threatening at least there would be some knowledge of and a course of action could be arrived at.

I hope your problem is relieved soon.
