I had ordered this program but didn't think much of it. Must admit to not following it.

It is one lady's own route to better health. I didn't like the tone of the program. If you are already unwell, reading things like: 'Don't ever drink water from a plastic bottle' is not the reassuring or comforting tone you need. She also talked about the cost of things a lot. That if you are serious about getting better, you do all these enema's etc.

you are much better off working with a naturopath or a herbalist and get supplements prescribed for your own personal situation.
