Yes, I did have rather long post on water types and what to drink during a fast.

Since then I have tried water with added minerals and filtered tap water. I did not find any difference in my health or even feeling different. I did wind up with low potassium after that trial but I have no way to prove that Alkaline Water with added minerals did it. I use concentrace brand.

I believe that water which is nature made is the best thing to drink. May be we all need to move to Hunza valley, where they drink the glacial water which is high pH water and they all live very long lives. Artificially added minerals are a different story.....you can read this old post from chrisb1........
