Welcome to this amazing forum. Also congratulations in choosing a right path to heal your body and mind. Allopathy doctors will never understand so do not mind them.

Trust your body to do its job to clean and balance while abstaining from food.

If you do not get your BP down after your fast, do not despair, try this Ayurvedic herbal medication called Muktavati, now available on Amazon. I always tell people with high BP to try this because my brother got rid of his high BP in one month of this herbal supplement and it has never returned.
