I'm not in pain - I'm just worried about the things in my urine. I feel pretty good, even after day 5 I have lots of energy and want to continue, but don't want to hurt my body if this isn't some sort of detox of my body. I will go see a doctor is it persists - but really wanted to see if anyone else has experienced it or knows what it might be.
