I think it depends on your digestion, if your digestion and elimination are doing well after a week of re feeding, in my opinion it would be a good addition.

Everyone needs to listen to their own bodies since we are all so different in how quickly we cleanse, detox, and return to regular digestion and elimination after a fast.
