Hi everyone,


my symptoms were

excessive discharge
odor was there but it wasnt severe.
tight pants or underwear would cause lots of sweating and wetness, then it would turn into a mild yeast infection. even if i wore tight pants for 2 hours, the wetness, discomfort, odor would worsen.
fishy odor.
the odor would go away for a few hours if i rinsed with water after i urinate, or use soap. but, it would always come back
i had this for years and thought it was normal. i thought it was caused from my vaginal discharge.

-it finally occured to me after researching that there was a point in my life i never had odor or noticed it. the odor and discharge started around the same time.

i found a young lady on youtube who used Sea Salt
1 cup in 7 cups of hot water. ( i bought a sitz bath from amazon). the water should be hot but not hot enough to burn you. uncomfortably warm but not hot.
i boiled 7 cups of water, once it cooled down a bit, i poured 1 cup of Sea Salt . NOT table salt , Epsom Salt ETC. only use Sea Salt she said.

I sat in the sitz bath (salt water) for 20min. repeated this again for another 20min. did this twice a day for 3 days straight.
YOU SHOULD DO THIS FOR 7 DAYS STRAIGHT!!
I did this for 3 days straight and had to stop because I got my period. although i haven't done this for the full 7 days due to my period. THE ODOR IS GONE. I EVEN TESTED NOT RINSING OR USING SOAP. ITS GONE! its been about a week.
just in case I will buy 14 more cups of sea salt and do this for the full 7 days required.


the girl on youtube did this for 7 days straight, 20minutes per day, repeat 2x!! her BV hasn't returned for 2 years now.

I watched all 3 of her videos.

** I am positive I have Candida throughout my body, so my next step is to eliminate the candida internally so the BV doesn't return. **
