I do parasite cleanses (h2o2/salt flush) 4x a year. This is going to sound gross, but I judge my progress by the stink haha

If I am still passing stinky stuff, no matter what it looks like, I keep doing it :)

My normal bowel movements are quite aerobic (majority being raw plants, and lots of good bacteria).
