Hi I've had the same problem for about a year now. My chest area would smell like trash that's been sitting there for days. I did some research on google and it seemed as if I had TMAU but I didn't get diagnosed by a doctor. I went to the pharmacy and decided to get a cleanse. I bought a Tisane Blend cleanse, which is a 10 day course and I'm on day 8 of the course, since day 3 the smell has completely gone. I highly recommend you try this.
