I'm a big fan of simple, so the recipe for fermented veggies from an article in StoneSoup worked well for me. They won't let me link it here but I think the post is called 'The Number 1 way to Improve Your Gut Health.'

I've been wanting to experiment with making my own kombucha too, once I have time for a bigger project :)
