your story sounds amazing. gotta admire the dedication. i've been suferring too with this stuff recently. i was hoping you could give me a more detailed insight into how you did what you did. i was gonna start your program so i wanted to know exactly what you took, when you felt the difference and what time you took your supplements. 

would really appreciate your help!
