Been there. For over 2 years I slept one hour at a time.

My break through came when I stopped taking vitamin D and started taking Gaba and Colostrum.
I don't know why but I know no matter what you do you can't heal if you can't sleep.

Now I have uninterrupted sleep for at least 4 hours.
