Dear SN, I posted a reply a little higher-up - hard to keep track where exactly to answer.
Do you think you may have a deficit in certain other minerals - like potassium, magnesium, phosphate and or micro-minerals? If you had only used table salt , it is possible. You are saying to have excess fluid - could it be too much sodium, that your kidney could not filter-out, or just toxicity from SAD? When I started consuming celery-parsley-tomato on regular basis my blood pressure stabilized while not having much fluid retention - as in I would get some ankle swelling only if I stay still with no moving for 3 hrs. ... I am aiming to totally correct that, the way I was few years ago.
