I doubt they'd be stupid enough to actually put nagalese in the vaccines. That would be too obvious. They are more clever than that.

They inject the mother with flu vax containing mercury, aluminum, etc--things that are nasty synergistic toxins. These damage the immune system.

They give the kids extra doses of vaccines so the trace amounts of mercury and other toxins can add up to further weaken the kids.

Our Genetically-Modified food is tainted with glyphosphate/Roundup that finds its way into baby formula. This damages our natural detox ability.

Then when the MMR vax hits the attenuated live virus is not handled well by some of the kids.

Viruses produce nagalese that damages our ability to make GcMAF, the activator of some of our front line immune troops.

Big Pharma and mainstream medicine makes lots of $ treating the many health problems these kids have.

Big pharma pays off politicians who create big government controlled health care system to pay back Big pharma with lots of "covered" people ready to receive their "treatments". Then they make those unproven treatments mandatory.

Big pharma pays off main stream media with advertising $.
