I am certainly allowed to defend against false statements and to provide evidence to refute those false claims.

The information that I provide is as un-distorted as I can make it and I do my best not to make any vague suggestions but I am legally limited in what I can say. In fact, if I was legally allowed to provide the real truth, I would be making claims that are far bolder than what I do.

I am trying my best to inform them while being limited in what I can say. If there is something that I know it does not work for, I will certainly let them know. If likely results are sketchy, I will say so.

But no matter what, if a customer is not happy and does not see the results that they are looking for, they can return it within 30 days and get their money back.
