Disagree with the heavy metal theory. Vitamin A is very effective. But don't get pregnant and have your liver checked. You need 5,000 iu for every 10 kilos you weigh up to 35,000 iu per day in divided doses. This works in a different way, your gut skin turns over faster, and the candida can't breed or sporify. You need to do this for 90 days, and it cures Acne too!
