Five years is great - good for you! The longest I've been raw is 3 months at a time but I plan to change that.

I've done quite a bit of cleansing but mostly shorter, superficial cleanses and need to go deeper now. Dosha is Pitta/Kapha but I haven't done a lot of work with them.

How do you know you're into your childhood vaccines, may I ask? Fascinating. That we survive the many onslaughts is such a testament to the miracle of the human body :)
