Hi guys,

I suspect I have problems with my adrenals. And I was wondering what supplements I should take to help with boosting them again?

Also it can be related Sugar spikes in blood? cause recently I noticed high glucose readings although I'm healthy and eat healthy.

symptoms:

-mid-upper back pain.
-constantly thirsty.
-Can't tolerate hot weather.
-Sun light irritation.
-trouble going to sleep.
-Sleep long hours and feeling tired even after 10 hour sleep.
-Low heart beat.
-Was just diagnosed with Pre-diabetes.
-Few episodes with sleep apnea (not over weight).
-Movement in my left head.
-Spasms in my face (sinus area).
