Going from 7 to 33 days is risky.

I recommend capping it at 14-16 days, and not doing 30+ until you have successfully done a 14-16.

As a general rule, I think it is wise to never do a fast more than twice as long as your previous one, so getting to 33 days has to take a few steps.....

What ailment are you seeking to cure?
