I have been using raisins as a Sugar replacement and it is working well. I finally started the Para Cleanse today and now I am wondering if I should stop eating raisins or just have them once a day, or eat them with cayenne pepper?

Also, Now that i have started the anti-parasitic herbs, does it help to put cayenne pepper on everything I eat, and if so, how much?
