If you follow the things Deesmiles use you should find relief. I find the element of surprise brings results. Keep alternating the enema formula. I recently added a little Hydrogen peroxide to my coffee enema. This may or may not be a good idea. But it gets the job done because the ropes make me quite constipated and I feel block my colon from exiting.. I have even tried a little dawn liquid in enema, which someone mentioned they use in hospital enemas to unblock the colon.

I try to drink a swig of castor oil before bed to keep flushing them out. Hitting them up top with laxatives and flushing them out with enemas in the mornings seem to help.

Now that I know that my main culprit is ropes, I am going after them relentlessly. They clog up the body making it a haven for other pathogens, metals and toxins. I pass them daily.
