== I don't expect you to tolerate 5mg either unless you were not taking nearly enough antioxidants--Vit C & E.

* Ok so boosting the antioxidants should give me a break on the symptoms. I'll grab some vit e and boost the vit c intake. My Dark urine seemed to go away on its own 5 days after a round I'm seeing. Chelation is rough lol.

== I use buffered C as well. Cutler often says 1-2 g with each meal and before bed. You are fortunate to tolerate it.

== Don't forget to take vitamin e or other lipid soluble antioxidant. It makes my head clearer while on round when I take more generous doses.

* Going to pick up some vit e I didn't know it was fat soluble.

"But do you see this a lot with people who never had amalgams?

== Occasionally, but not often. There are those who had exposure at work. I'm an example of that. Others might have broken a Hg thermometer in the carpet like the woman whose hair test is below.

*As A child I would collect the small mercury thermostats from my dads work as a child and take them home and play with them. I don't think that was good idea.....

== the people who struggle with your list of symptoms often have MCS. They struggle to take more than tiny amounts of chelators and lots of other things that would normally be beneficial.

== This is an example; however, I can't say I can expect this type of improvement from middle aged folks in only a few years of detox.

* Well I'm 30 yrs old and I been detoxing over a year so I hope it doesnt take as long. I think my body has also started detoxing on its own since I been chelating.

== Several of the mods of the yahoo frequent dose chelation group either have or had suffered from MCS. Your situation is fairly similar to Josette--France L, although she was once sicker than you. I'm sure she'll be happy to chat with you. There are plenty of other members there who struggle with various sensitivities. You just have a larger list of them than most.

*Yes I've heard of this place I'll definitely check it out. In the mean time I was on using this site called onibasu.

"I'm also in the process of ordering some adrenal cortex also.

== Thorne's has a good reputation for those with MSC. That won't likely be enough if you really need HC medication but it is a good place to start. As you know I also really like pregnenolone as part of the adrenal support combo.

*I have some preg and some DHEA too. I'll throw that in when the adrenal cortex arrives.

== You'll need plenty of liver support I suppose. Don't be fooled into thinking that the liver is just a group of pipes that need cleaning. While they may need cleaning, the liver is more like a chemical factory. It has pipes but also many chemical processes. Heavy metals mess up those in various ways. This is a very complex subject. There's more in FDC for you about it.

*Yes I've noticed. My Dr. told me I have many liver enzymes that are lagging such as my b6 and b12 and I'm thinking its due to mercury. Hopefully I can get everything working again. I'm currently on milk thistle, choline and taurine.

== I'm sure life seems terrible, but sadly, it can get worse. You are wise to be addressing it now. We've come across some sad cases.

*Yes I was told be grateful because things can and will get worse. My life definitely is not the greatest compared to where I used to be but hey; it is what it is.

== Be careful, be patient. Play it safe. Try to get as much professional support as you can. Many people that sick seem to benefit from some mood related medication for a time. Finding one that the people with MCS can tolerate can be challenging but a number of FDC group members have been there and can share tips with you. You can then discuss those with your doctor.

== I'll try to look for your posts so you'll have someone to chat with about it.

== ATB

Ok thanks for your time. This is going to be a long road I see....
