Awesome story about Brad! To hell with meds. If you are healthy, I only believe in using them occasionally. Even before getting sick from mold, I could always feel my body saying no medication after just one day. I could never contemplate people taking it on a regular basis. As for the b12, it makes me feel so good that I've been taking the good kind for over two years now :)

As for your heavy metals, did you use the classic cilantro and chlorella?
