Don't take copper to correct it, though. You will make your problems worse. Check out http://www.drlwilson.com on copper toxicity. I think it has excellent information on the topic, and it correlates with information in Ann Louise Gittleman 's book, "Why Am I Always So Tired?" which first informed me of my own copper toxicity. There may be a few points of difference...I find Wilson to be an expert on the subject and I lean toward him because he has treated so many copper-toxic people through the years. His protocol works, but it's not an easy road. But worth the time and effort to get well.
