Curious as to what you decided to do and did u figure out what was giving you pain?

I find I start not feeling well if I skip more than one day of the salt water flush. I also re-read The Master Cleanse (the original book-many imitators out now), I read it again every 10 days or so to make sure I'm not forgetting something. I also feel crummy when I don't drink enough plain water.

I've done Master-Cleanse many times, 40 days was my longest. On day 18 now, I always let my body tell me when it's done.
