This moe ing my skin does feel extremely soft and sine tiny bumps that were on the backs of my thighs (that were burning a bit in the tub) are almost completely gone.

However, I had injured my left ankle going to deep in yin yoga a while back. It had seemed to be improving and this mornng it is now worse than it's ever been! Just since the bath?

Is this a healing crisis?
