Just to give some background to the readers....

I was planning to last week, so decided to have a blood test done before I start the fast, partly because I had light chest pains like you would have from gas in your stomach. The blood test had low potassium so my doc said not to fast. I took potassium/magnesium powder which gave slight headache. So I PMed DesertLily. She suggested I go on banana and apricot diet to bring my potassium up, which I did by just having more bananas everyday.

I also wanted to let you know that your idea about banana consumption has helped me. I feel so much better with bananas three times a day. I still eat my salads everyday, though.

That makes sense to me that during a Liver-Flush we lose some minerals.

I am hoping to start my fast next week. I am going to take one day at a time.

I may do another test before.
