I have indeed just done enemas using Lugols last weekend..


i googled it myself... and of course u get 10 different (if not 100 or 1000) ways to do it.


I just came up with my own idea and it didnt do me bad...

since i usually always do coffee enemas (at the weekends) with 2 liter coffee (1 cup organic coffee in 2 liters) let simmer for 20 minutes .... cool down... i ve just added the Lugols into this 2 liter of coffee enema.

I have no idea if that was a wise idea or not... but i couldnt find anything that speaks against it.

So i ve added about 2 droppers of 5% Lugols into my 2 liter coffee enema.

And let it inside me for 20+ minutes.

Felt no different to me than coffee enema. But i dont seem to react to coffee or Iodine anyway... (i mean like some get really awake or whatever )... i do my enemas in the late evenings... i always was able to sleep afterwards.
