Deseperate for help this time around.

I will list my symptoms and please help me with ideas and remedies to get a sleep that I can't get for last few days.

1-Been battling candida and parasites.

2-Everynight I wake gasping for air (no acid) Just dry mouth and bitter. I can sleep a bit sitting on the bed.

3-Dull pain in the upper abdominal.

4-Creepy movement in the left hand side of my head, kind of like my brain is moving.

5-Gets worse if I eat fatty or spicy foods.

6-Sleep apnea study ruled out sleep apnea (couldn't sleep more than an hour in there).

Please help with remedies that will help me subsidies this issues so I CAN at least get some sleep at night.
